When will my order arrive?

We generally deliver all orders in 10-27 working days, even though most of our deliverables arrive with 10 - 14
working days. This is because there might be occasional delay due to customs clearance processes, which
are totally out of our control.

How can I track my order? 

When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number. Using this number you will be able to know where is your item and when it is going to arrive to you. In case you did not receive this email, please email us at ap.store103@gmail.com.  

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

This depends on the region you are ordering from us so you will be charged, for example, you will be charged
With VTA duties. In other words, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes.
Please be aware that
A&P has no control over any customs duties and taxes imposed
The country your order is being shipped to. We cannot tell you what these fees will cost
It varies by country.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We always work hard to ensure that all items are of the highest quality and guarantee to our customers

What is your returns policy?

We offer 14-days after delivery hassle-free return for your items. The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been used in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. A&P offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). All returns must be sent to our warehouses in the United States and Europe. However, the address where you should send the return will be sent to you when you contact us for a return at ap.store103@gmail.com.

How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, simply email us at ap.store103@gmail.com. using the same e-mail address you used to order the item. We will send you the address you need to use to send back the items. Once we receive the items, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).A&P cannot be held liable for the loss of the items during the return process. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
